Nathan J. Elter is a life-long resident of Warren County, Ohio having graduated from Lebanon High School in 1985, and Oberlin College in 1989, as an American Government major.

Mr. Elter worked as a litigation para-legal in the New York City law firm of Dewey, Ballantine, for three years before attending law school at the University of Cincinnati.

While in law school, Mr. Elter was law clerk for the Warren County Common Pleas Court and has served as acting Judge in Lebanon Municipal Court as well as other appointed positions in Warren County. Mr. Elter has been in private practice since 1995, serving the greater Cincinnati area for over 21 years with experience in civil, criminal, divorce and estate planning areas of the law. Mr. Elter has experience in collaborative law and mediation resolution efforts.

Mr. Elter resides in Lebanon with his wife, Denise and their two daughters, Olivia and Audrey, and is active in several community organizations.
